🚀 Exciting Updates to the Lynx Experience: New Features, Bug Fixes & More
TL;DR Summary – Users can now mark attachments as confidential, filter on contacts and groups when searching the grid, and see environmental parameters and other monitoring data for easy filtering, among other new features. Several bugs were fixed.

We’re thrilled to share the latest updates and improvements to Lynx that enhance your experience on the platform. Below, you’ll find details on new features, resolved issues, and guidance for getting the most out of Lynx's latest tools.

New Features
Confidential Attachments for Events and Incidents
-Lynx now features the ability to mark an attachment as confidential, and only users with “Confidential Document Access” can download these documents. Administrators can update user's permissions in Settings -> Organization -> Edit user.
Filter Events on Associated Contacts, Contact Groups, Team Members and Tags
-Users can filter on associated contacts, contact groups, team members, and tags when filtering Event data to display in reports and on dashboard widgets.
Monitoring Location and Parameter Groups
-Lynx users can now create Parameter and Monitoring Groups for easier filtering of monitoring results on the wide grid view on the monitoring tab.
Past Import Configurations are now Downloadable
Did an import and can’t remember the format? You can now download the past imports and empty import configurations from Settings -> Imports -> Import Configurations.
Contacts and Contact Group Exports
You can now export the full contact and contact group list from the contact grids.
Resolved Issues
-We fixed an issue where Actions titles were breaking with large title text on Event Details Page.
-Exporting data from pages 2+ wasn’t working and we fixed that.
-We fixed an issue where drilling down on dashboard widgets wasn’t applying the correct filter.
-We fixed an issue where the lead investigator was not showing on the incident investigation tab.

How to upgrade - you should receive the update automatically. If you do not receive the update, go to Settings -> About -> Check for Updates
