v4.2.0 Release notes

Users can upload documents the AI can reference in the Documents tab; edit Customer Widgets and self-notify using Notifications.

New Features    

Documents – The Lynx Documents feature stores and organizes critical corporate and external reference materials, enabling efficient access and future AI indexing. Examples include compliance frameworks (ESRS, CSRD), permits, land use agreements, NI 43-101 reports, environmental impact assessments, and safety records. This centralized repository simplifies compliance, supports informed decision-making, and prepares users for AI-driven document analysis.Users can access Documents on the Navigation bar.

Click on “Add Document” >>  Edit Widgets– Users can now edit an existing dashboard widget. 

Self-Notification - Who doesn’t need a little reminder sometimes? Users can now notify themselves about Events and Monitoring Event that need attention. Access in Settings>>Notifications.

Special Instructions and Reminders  

Permissions and Access -New permissions may be required for certain users to access new features. Admins, please review and adjust user roles as needed in your Organization section of Settings.
