Users can run new reports. Contacts and Contact Groups were updated plus speed and stability improvements for Imports.  

New Features  

Improved Event Reporting – Run reports to share information on an individual event summary. Download and share internally with staff or externally with relevant stakeholders.  

Users can access Event Reports by clicking the Reports button on the Event Details Page (accessed by clicking on the Event number in the main Events Grid).

Contact and Contact Group Updates – New updates to Contacts and Contact Groups, used for stakeholder management and tracking key contacts by community engagement teams.  

Users can add more details to contacts, tag contacts in the description field in Events, merge contacts, give a contact a location on the map and more by visiting the Contacts Tab.   

Resolved Issues  

Speed and stability were improved for data Imports.

How to upgrade - you should receive the update automatically. If you do not receive the update, go to Settings -> About -> Check for Updates 

Permissions and Access – Administrators can now limit user access by Event Category or Monitoring Event Type.
